The Following fee will apply to any Rule 5 plans submitted to the Martin County Soil & Water Conservation District after January 1, 2011. Fees are due at time of filing. Please make checks to The Martin County SWCD.
Commercial - Industrial
Up to 5.0 acres $500.00
5.1 to 10.0 acres $1,200.00
10.1 to 25.0 acres $2,000.00
25.1 acres and above $2,500.00
Residential - Development of 2 units or more.
(No District fee for single family dwellings. Rule 5 plans and IDEM filing fees still apply)
$150.00 per living unit
These fees are to off set costs of on site inspections by the District Technician and administrative duties of the District Coordinator.
1 hardcopy of the Rule 5 plan must be submitted to the District. An additional electronic copy may help expedite your filing but does not replace the hardcopy.
Notices must be published in both of the Counties newspapers.
